Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and grievance handling. This role ensures that company policies are followed, employees stay motivated, and all HR processes run smoothly. The person will act as a bridge between management and employees while maintaining a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closures
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees
- Track attendance, leaves, timesheets, and maintain HR records
- Plan team engagement activities, celebrations, and communication updates
- Address employee issues, conflicts, and escalate when required
- Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and compliance documents
- Support payroll inputs, confirmations, and appraisal documentation
- Maintain a healthy and positive work environment
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Understanding of hiring processes, job portals, and basic HR tools
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle employee queries and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working in office and coordinating with multiple teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT recruitment or tech hiring
- Knowledge of payroll basics
- Event planning or employee engagement experience
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (Keka, Zoho, etc.)
